Is that a Bicep? 
 
The other strong point I have always had besides back is my biceps. 
 
Even at school after training for a year I could arm curl 120lbs for sets of 8.  
 
On wednesdays our school had sport, I chose weight training.  One of the kids with a big mouth was bragging about his mate at another school who could deadlift 200lbs. He was trying to put me down. 
 
I then demonstrated that a deadlift was also called picking the weight up when you were doing heavy arm curls. 
 
I then picked up ('deadlifted') 200lbs and did a single, very sloppy, arm curl with that 200lbs. 
 
He never mentioned his strong mate at the other school again. In fact he never opened his big mouth around me again.
